Sharon Chapman

Sharon Chapman is the creator of Restoring Cores and Fit Over 50. She specializes in movement and health education as well as a workshop presenter on aging and movement. Through hundreds of hours of research, writing, training, and teaching, she is dedicated to guiding seasoned men and women to building a better-balanced body through Pilates, strength training, functional movement, and cardio. Sharon has the knowledge and experience that will help you slow down aging!

 

 

Jill Kamber-Knox

About nine years ago, Jill was introduced to Yoga by her son. She fell in love with it immediately! It wasn't until years later that she understood it is truly a way of life. She received her MYT-200-hour training from Sedona School of Yoga in Casper, Wyoming. It completely transformed her way of thinking, belief system, and overall life. She is a high energy and positive person which leads into her practice. Jill believes that life is so very precious and we should take advantage of every waking moment.
