Fit Over 50
Fit Over 50 combines strength training, Pilates and movement to help reverse the aging process and help you lose inches, gain strength, feel better, and move more.
WINEATES
WINEATES combines an hour of classical and/or contemporary Pilates and movement specialties which is then followed by wine. You don’t only get educated on movement and Pilates, but also on the power and health benefits of wine as well. WINEATES offers a great community that brings together health and fitness.
REGENERATE
Regenerate is a movement program meant to help those who are struggling to lose weight, dealing with Covid symptoms, or healing from surgeries, injuries, or sickness. Regenerate is the perfect program to jumpstart your movement, health, and weight loss. It focuses on breathing, alignment, posture, and synergistic movement.
GUEST SPEAKING
Book Sharon for motivational and/or educational engagements. For years, Sharon not only invested in children’s education but also developed a program showing the importance of child movement and the effects technology has on their spinal and growth health. Sharon is also a pre- and post-natal Pilates expert and has helped multiple women heal diastasis recti. Having five kids herself, Sharon understands how to help women heal after childbirth. In addition to educating many on movement and health, she specializes in helping those over 50 feel, look and move better. Sharon often speaks on topics related to movement, Pilates, strength training, spinal health, healing after sickness and surgery, and anything related to health and wellness.
ABDOMINAL HEALING
We help you reduce and alleviate abdominal disorders, such as Diastasis Recti. You will also learn how to activate and use your core, strengthening your entire body.
A large focus is also on pre- and postpartum training. You will learn how to avoid damaging your abdominal and pelvic floor and will be trained in the most effective and safe movements pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after pregnancy.
IN-PERSON & ONLINE CLASSES
We offer in-person classes in Casper, Wyoming. In addition to in-person classes, we also offer online workouts so you can join from anyone. Join live via Zoom or gain access to our online curriculum where weekly classes are uploaded. You can also choose from previously recorded full body and specialized workouts.
